Introducing our comprehensive Suspension Bolt Upgrade Kit for Pro R & Turbo R model UTVs. Designed to replace the inadequately shanked bolts used on the 2022 and 2023 models in the suspension of these two models, this kit is your solution to eliminating the common suspension clunking issue found in these UTVs straight from the factory, while also ensuring your alignment remains on point.
The kit consists of grade 10.9 M14 bolts and washers paired with top-lock grade 10 nuts. It covers the replacement of all the following components:
- All 8 shock bolts (Front & Rear, Upper & Lower)
- All 8 front upper & lower control arm bolts
- Both trailing arm mounts on the chassis
- Both toe link bolts on the chassis
- All 8 radius rod bolts (Chassis side & trailing arm side)
- All 4 rear knuckle mounts on the trailing arms
Please note that depending on hardware availability, the kit may include a combination of silver and gold zinc bolts, with silver zinc washers and silver zinc nuts.
These bolts are not shanked so that the shoulder passes through both sides of the mounting bracket, thread lengths and shank lengths will be similar to stock, the purpose of this kit is to replace the hardware of the older models where the diameter of the hardware is undersized.
